California-based Bixby Land Co. has purchased Parkway Logistics Center, a 272,000-square-foot vacant industrial building located at 2911 South Great Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie. JLL’s Adam Herrin and Director Stephen Bailey brokered the sale. Stream Realty Partners will lease the buildings.
The former Total Shooting Sports facility, a 94,218-square-foot indoor gun range and retail operation located on Texas Highway 26 in North Richland Hills, has been sold to Weby Corp. The buyer plans to reopen the gun range and combine it with retail operations. Derek Schuster and David Zoller with Weitzman handled the sale with Jim Hazard with ESRP.
J&Y Cycles LLC has purchased an 8,510-square-foot retail building on 1.74 acres at 1290 W. Pioneer Parkway, Grand Prairie. Josh Meraz and Jim Ferris of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the sale with Sean Lockovich of Falcon Cos.
Western Wealth Capital has purchased The Brandt, a 504-unit apartment community at 3950 North Story Road in Irving. Berkadia provided a $48 million loan for the purchase the property which will be remolded.
An investor has purchased the Chiquita apartments, a 24-unit property at 3955 Mather Court in the Cockrell Hill west of downtown Dallas. Greystone Investment Sales Group’s Michael Trecha and Todd Franks brokered the sale.
An investor has purchased almost an acre at 143 East Ovilla Road in Red Oak. Brian Sladek of Retail Solutions brokered the sale with Leslie Armstrong of One10 Realty Group.

Expeditors International of Washington Inc. leased 180,895 square feet of industrial space in Liberty Park GSW North Building 2, located at 951 Valley View Lane in Irving. Jeff Kernochan and David Ginther of Fisher and Co. negotiated the lease with Kurt Griffin, Nathan Orbin and David Eseke of Cushman & Wakefield.
Highline Aftermarket Acquisition LLC leased 89,340 square feet of industrial space at 3801-3809 Pipestone Road and 66,000 square feet at 3851 Pipestone Road in Dallas. John Gorman with Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Allyson Yost and Allen Gump with Colliers International.
RumbleOn signed a 45,172-square-foot office lease in Las Colinas at 901 Walnut Hill Lane in Irving. Dean Collins, Jason Dodson, Chris Taylor and Johnny Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease. The building is owned by Varidesk.
Global Tel Link leased 40,670 square feet of commercial space at 10005 and 10015 W. Technology Blvd. in Dallas. Jeff Rein and Jeremy Kelly with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with Tyler Howarth and John Wolf with Newmark Knight Frank.
Harvill Industries Ltd. leased 16,645 square feet of industrial space at 10553 Olympic Drive in Dallas. Gary Lindsey of Newmark Knight Frank negotiated the lease with Bates & Myers Co.
Evoque Data Center Solutions signed a 10,302-square-foot office lease in Riverside Commons at 5000-5040 Riverside Dr. in Irving. Clay Vaughn of CBRE negotiated the lease with Johnny Johnson and Trey Smith of Cushman & Wakefield.
